Order correspondence
You send your book order to kavtaresearch@gmail.com. The author receives your email address, message and any other information you choose to provide. Correspondence and payment confirmation details are used to arrange the order, verify receipt of funds, deliver the book and provide support. Ordering does not subscribe you to marketing.
Payment and delivery
The author sends bank details in a private reply. You make the transfer through your banking service. This website does not ask you to enter a card number, security code or banking password. The book or a delivery link is sent by email after receipt of payment. Full book files are not published on public pages.
Using the website
Preparing an email and copying the contact address happen on your device. Clicking the email button does not automatically register an order on this website. This email ordering process does not create a payment cookie. This website has no advertising analytics or tracking pixel.
External services
Correspondence uses email services. ORCID, external source pages, email providers and banking services have their own privacy policies.
Data enquiries
Contact kavtaresearch@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of order information. Correspondence and payment records are retained for as long as necessary for delivery, support and applicable obligations. Requests are considered in light of those obligations.
