Ordering and payment

To order, write to kavtaresearch@gmail.com. The author will reply with bank account details and payment instructions. Make the transfer after receiving that reply. The website button opens an email draft; send it from your email application. This website does not request card information or charge you automatically.

Receiving your book

You will receive the PDF or a link to it by email within 2 business days of the funds reaching the account. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Georgia. The author verifies receipt of payment before delivery. If the book has not arrived within this period, reply to your order email and include the payment date.

Personal use

Your purchase is a personal reading and research copy. Public redistribution, resale, publication of a translation and adaptation require separate permission. These terms do not restrict quotation or uses permitted by applicable law. Institutional licensing is arranged separately.

Errors, delivery and refunds

For a duplicate transfer, a missing file or an edition that differs from its description, write from the email address used to place the order and include the payment date and a description of the problem. We will investigate and consider replacement delivery or an appropriate refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
